DEF CON Registration

Upon purchase of Black Hat Briefings and/or Trainings passes, each registrant will also have the option to purchase a single (1) advance ticket to DEF CON 2014. Tickets are provided to Black Hat USA registrants at a rate of $220.00 per ticket, one ticket purchase per person, up until the close of “Regular” registration on July 26 at 8:59pm PT/11:59pm ET.. The deadline to pre-purchase a DEF CON ticket, in conjunction with your Training and/or Briefings registration is July 26 at 8:59pm PT/11:59pm ET., tickets will not be sold on-site at Black Hat USA. After July 26, 2014, DEF CON tickets are only available for purchase at DEF CON during their ticket sales window. Please note, you must register and pay for Black Hat Training and/or Briefings in order to pre-purchase a DEF CON ticket.

• The deadline to pre-purchase a DEF CON ticket, in conjunction with your Training and/or Briefings registration is July 26 at 8:59pm PT/11:59pm ET., tickets will not be sold on-site at Black Hat USA.

DEF CON tickets are non-refundable, once purchased.

To purchase your DEF CON Badge in advance simply follows these steps:
If you have already registered for Black Hat and would like to pre-purchase a DEF CON badge please follow these instructions:

• Go to the Black Hat Registration Page and enter the email address you’ve registered with along with your password.
• You will now be on the Review Page.
• Click “CHANGE PACKAGES & TRAINING COURSES” and then add the DEF CON badge for $220.00.
• Click “Next” to return to the Review Page.
• Click "Make a Payment" to complete the payment.

FAQ:

• DEF CON badge pickup will take place on August 7th 12:45 - 17:00 PST for Black Hat delegates at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center (Room TBD). You will need to present both the DEF CON voucher portion of your badge and your main Black Hat badge.
• This badge pickup is for Black Hat delegates only. Public sales of DEF CON badges are held exclusively at the Rio Hotel.
• No additional DEF CON badges will be available for sale at any price.
• DEF CON takes place at the Rio Hotel. No transportation or shuttles are provided between Mandalay Bay and the Rio.
• DEF CON regular badge pricing is $220, cash only, at the DEF CON registration area at the Rio. DEF CON does not offer pre-registration.
