Bruno Adamo has over 15 years of experience working in cybersecurity, in roles ranging from security auditing and assessment to enterprise security architecture and leadership.

Bruno is currently the CISO overseeing enterprise and product security at SwiftConnect, a leader in workplace physical access solutions enabling secure self-service mobile access provisioning and management.

Prior to this role, Bruno was a security officer leading cyber program strategy and risk management at major Canadian and European banks.

Negar Farjadnia is Avanade’s Lead for Security practice in Canada. Negar is responsible for driving Avanade Security consulting business and to be the leading cyber security experts in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Negar also is accountable for delivering the technology capabilities that power Avanade clients and secure their operations worldwide. In addition, Negar and her team, work with clients to ensure they meet their information security obligations.

She is a passionate diversity advocate and leads Avanade Canada's PRISM employee network where they support the LGBTQ+ employee and create an inclusive workplace.

Negar has been named one of Canada's top women in Cybersecurity in 2022 and serves as a board member for Pink Triangle press since 2015, where she advises the board on technology and security.

Vanessa Henri is a data governance and cybersecurity attorney. In 2020, she was named one of the most influential women in cybersecurity by IT World Canada. In 2021, she was recognized by Best Lawyers in the "Ones to Watch" category and received the "Women in Leadership" award in 2022. She is an IFSEC Global Influencer in Cybersecurity and a member of the Quebec Ministry of Cybersecurity Expert Committee.

Prior to co-founding H&W, Vanessa worked as a compliance manager and data protection officer at a Japanese multinational in their cybersecurity division. She has been in private practice at a well-known emerging technology firm and has supported numerous start-ups in their growth.

She is a certified data protection officer and a leader in the implementation of ISO/IEC 27701. She holds an LL.M. from McGill University and teaches at St. Thomas University in Florida and at Ryerson University in the Rogers Cybersecure program. She is a published author and international speaker.

Vanessa also participates in several podcasts. Vanessa has extensive experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, implementing vendor management programs, and supporting legal and compliance departments facing data-driven technology challenges.

Kathy Isaac is a cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience in private, public and non-profit sectors. She has been recognized as one of Canada's Top Women in Cybersecurity and is a member of the Canadian Cybersecurity Network Advisory Board. As VP of Customer Success at Carbide, she prioritizes customer needs aligning with security best practices. She holds CISSP and PMP certifications and an Executive MBA from Western University and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Toronto. She also mentors and supports underprivileged youth and women in STEM and is a speaker and board member at UrbanPromise Toronto.

Rob Labbé, CISO in Residence at the Global Mining and Metals Information Sharing and Analysis Centre, has worked in various roles in information security for the past 20 years. Previously to working full time with MM-ISAC, Rob spent over 9 years at Teck Resources focused on the security of industrial control systems, ensuring safe production through Teck’s digital transformation.

In 2017, Rob co-founded the Mining and Metals ISAC, a collaborative community in which threat and incident information is shared in order to improve cyber security of metals and mining companies.

In 2017, he was named to CIM Magazine’s 2017 Names to Know and in 2018 was named as one of the top 20 global security and fire influencers by IFSEC.

As the Director of Secure Software Supply Chains and Secure Development at SAP's Global Security and Cloud Compliance, she leads security-by-design efforts across SAP’s engineering teams. A Founding Partner of the AI Integrity and Safe Use Foundation (AISUF) and co-founder of Leading Cyber Ladies, she’s recognized as one of the Top 20 Canadian Women in Cybersecurity. Laura Payne has built her career in IT and security over 20 years, starting at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions before moving into consulting, and currently serves as the CEO & Head, Security Consulting at cybersecurity firm White Tuque. Her experience covers a variety of domains, including information security governance and risk, security operations and engineering, and security leadership. She is passionate about bringing people together to solve problems in today’s increasingly complex technical landscape. Outside of work, Laura is actively engaged in mentoring professionals seeking to join the Information Security field, while also volunteering on the Review Board of SecTor, Canada’s largest security conference. In addition, she chairs the Program Advisory Committee for Seneca College’s School of Information Technology Administration & Security. Laura holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, along with the CISSP, GCED, and GWAPT designations.

Guillaume Ross is a cybersecurity professional who currently serves as the Deputy CISO at JupiterOne. Despite his aversion to self-promotion, Guillaume's extensive experience and expertise in the field speak for themselves. He previously held the certification of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) until the controversial board decisions of 2022.

Guillaume is experienced in all areas of blue-teaming as well as corporate IT security, with a proven track record of successfully securing complex systems and networks. He has held several senior cybersecurity positions at top-tier companies and has also provided cybersecurity guidance to a range of clients in different industries in consulting roles.

Due to his dislike of writing about himself, Guillaume used AI to generate his bio. However, his dedication to protecting organizations from potential cyber threats is clear and makes him a valuable asset to any company in need of strong security leadership.

Nadir Izrael guides the technology vision for Armis. Drawing from his deep programming and software engineering expertise, he has overseen the rapid evolution of the Armis platform to provide complete asset visibility and security for every enterprise asset.

Nadir co-founded Armis in 2015 with his friend and army colleague, Yevgeny Dibrov, after the two started looking for new and interesting problems to solve in technology. Prior to founding Armis, Nadir spent four years as a senior software manager at Google, working on Google Maps and Google Autocomplete. He began his career in the Israel Defense Forces in the elite Unit 8200 intelligence corps where he served first as a software developer and then as a team leader, ultimately achieving the rank of captain.

Beyond helping to solve visibility and security challenges for connected assets, he is adept at creating simulations of particle systems and cosmological models, and is very experienced with machine learning algorithms and statistical models. Nadir holds Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science and physics from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, finishing summa cum laude.

Omer Azaria is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Sysdig, Inc., where he leads the development of Sysdig's runtime CNAPP platform and oversees engineering, product management, and threat research. Omer joined Sysdig in 2018 as Director of Engineering, where he built the Sysdig Secure technology from the ground up and scaled a global team. His leadership was instrumental in positioning Sysdig Secure as a leader in the cloud security space. In March 2020, Omer was promoted to Vice President of Engineering, driving innovation across research and development.

Prior to joining Sysdig, Omer served as VP of Engineering at Imperva, a cybersecurity software and services company focused on protecting enterprise data and application software. With an ethical hacking background, Antoine Saikaley has over 20 years of diverse IT experience covering many complex implementations of security solutions for enterprise-grade organisations across Canada. Presently, Antoine serves as Technical Director for Trend Micro Canada. Antoine oversees the enablement of Trend Micro Community members, and leads a team of solution engineers. He is a program advisory committee member at Seneca College.
