Venue Information, Badge Pick Up & Registration Hours

Black Hat Asia will take place at the Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Pick up your badge (using the email address you registered with) at the Registration Desk located on Level 4 of the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

Registration desk hours are as follows:
Tuesday, March 20: 07:00 – 14:00
Wednesday, March 21: 08:00 – 16:00
Thursday, March 22: 07:30 – 18:30
Friday, March 23: 08:00 – 16:15

Important Note: Please care for your badge. A non-refundable replacement fee will apply to all lost, misplaced, stolen, forgotten and duplicate badge or badge holder requests. If your badge was complimentary, the fee will be the current, late rate. Both the badge and badge holder are required for entry at Black Hat and both will incur a replacement fee if a duplicate of either is requested.


Trainings Information

Class Requirements: Please be sure to check the "Student Requirements" and "What Students Should Bring" sections for your specific Training. Find your course here: www.blackhat.com/asia-18/training

Laptops and Power Supply: Please bring your own laptop with you to class! Black Hat does not have extra laptops to lend out. Make sure that your power supply can accept 230V. Please note: Black Hat does not supply power adapters for international power supply cords. Please plan accordingly.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided daily during Trainings, from 12:30 – 14:00 in Roselle Ballroom on the 4th level of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. You MUST have your Black Hat badge in order to enter the lunchroom.

Certificates of Completion: If you do not receive a Trainings Certificate of Completion, you must request your certificate no later than 48 hours after the end of the conference or you will not receive one. Please note: Black Hat will send you the certificate via email, not US First Class Mail or Federal Express. Black Hat does not replace lost, stolen, or misplaced Certificates of Completion.

Keynotes: Please join us for Bill Woodcock's Keynote presentation "National Cyber-Aggression and Private-Sector Internet Infrastructure" at 09:00 on Thursday, March 22 in Roselle Junior Ballroom 4610 and The Grugq's Keynote presentation "A Short Course in Cyber Warfare" at 9:00 on Friday, March 23 in Roselle Junior Ballroom 4610.

Lunch: Your Briefings pass grants you access to lunch on both Thursday, March 22 and Friday, March 23 from 12:45 – 14:15, located in Roselle-Simpor Ballroom.

Briefings Evaluations: Help us make future programs even more compelling and relevant by completing an evaluation for each Briefings session you attend. Evaluations will be emailed to you at the end of the conference.

Briefings Audio and Video: Afraid you'll miss a session? The Source of Knowledge will be in the Business Hall on Thursday, March 22 and Friday, March 23 to sell audio and video recordings of the Briefings sessions. Media, including iPad ready presentations, may be purchased on-site at a substantial discount or after the conference at blackhatbriefingsonline.com
