Please reserve early: Traditionally, GSA rooms are sold out by May 1. A limited number of Government Rate Rooms are available for Classic Rooms at $105 per night. Valid ID required at check in. This rate is available to US Government employees only. Online reservations are NOT available for Government Rate rooms. To make a reservation, you MUST call 866 227-5944.
Note: The Nevada State Senate passed a law to increase room tax to 12% effective July 1, 2009. The tax increase will apply to all rooms occupied on and after July 1, 2009 regardless of when the reservation was made.

Transportation: From McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas is available via taxi (appx. $10 one way) or airport shuttle. Pick up is outside baggage claim. Paid Briefings attendees receive free admission to DEFCON 17. Caesars is 2 miles from the Riviera, the venue hotel for DefCon. Black Hat DOES NOT offer shuttle service to the Riviera. Registration for DefCon takes place at the Riviera. You must go there to pick up your credentials.
