Briefings Prices
All Pricing is shown in British pounds and includes full access to the Business Hall.
There are two different Briefings Pass options for 2025.
OPTION 1 — IN-PERSON EVENT at ExCel London, UK
- In-Person Briefings: Wednesday, December 10 - Thursday, December 11
- Includes access to all in-person Briefings, Arsenal, Business Hall Activities & Sessions and more
- Also includes all On-Demand benefits listed in Option 2 below
Option 2 – On-Demand Access
- Available online for 30 days one week after live event: December 18, 2025 – January 17, 2026
- Includes access to all recorded Briefings, Arsenal Presentations, Business Hall Activities & Sessions and more
One Year Briefings Access Add-On Package
- Available only as an Add-on to In-Person and On-Demand Briefings Pass Holders

With a one-year subscription, you can revisit key sessions and explore an extensive library of past Briefings. Business Pass
Business Hall Dates: Wednesday, December 10 – Thursday, December 11
Includes access to in-person Business Hall Activities, Arsenal Demos, Community Programs, Sponsored Sessions, and more.
Business Passes do not include Briefings access.

Group Discount
Group Registration discounts are available for groups of five or more Briefings attendees registered and paid at the same time. Please see below for Group Registration pricing details:

Registration Policies: Cancellations, Substitutions & Changes
- Full payment must be received prior to group members obtaining their badges onsite.
- Discount applies to the In-Person Briefings pass only.
- Black Hat Europe group registration discounts apply for 5 or more new Briefings or Trainings and Briefings registrations.
- Group discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including the alumni rate.
- Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a £300 processing fee if notification is submitted in email to bhgroupregistration@informa.com on or before November 14, 2025.
- If you have already registered and paid your registration in full, you are not eligible for a discount if your organization also submits and qualifies for a group registration at a later date. You may cancel your registration, minus a £300 processing fee, by November 14, 2025 if you wish to partake in your organization's group registration.
- All Fees are non-refundable after November 14, 2025.
Notes
- Do not register twice if you do not receive a Registration Confirmation email. Please send a note to BHEuropeReg@informa.com if you do not receive a confirmation of enrollment email within 2 hours of your registration. If you find yourself registered twice, email BHEuropeReg@informa.com immediately. Standard Cancellation Terms and Conditions apply. Black Hat reserves the right to cancel your duplicate, unpaid registration without notice.
- Registration fees are per item. There is a separate line item cost for each Training session.
- All Attendees must be over the age of 18.
