Victor Hora has been working in the field of defensive security for over a decade in different roles ranging from threat intelligence, forensics, systems hardening, IDS and MSS to a range of penetration testing activities including mobile devices and networks but mostly focused on Web Applications for both commercial and governmental institutions. He holds OSCP, CREST and Security+ certifications and an Advanced degree in Computer Networks. Victor is currently Security Researcher at Trustwave SpiderLabs where his main roles are related to tracking and analyzing new threats in the Web Application Security field while developing defensive protections, providing expert advice and consulting for commercial WAF customers during professional services engagements. He is also an active contributor to both ModSecurity and ModSecurity CRS open source projects.
