Nico Popp is a Senior Operating Partner at Crosspoint Capital and Chief Strategy Officer at ExtraHop, where he leads the company's efforts around generative AI. Nico joined ExtraHop from Tenable, where he served as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and launched Tenable One, the first Exposure Management platform. Prior to Tenable, Nico was the CPO at Forcepoint, where he spearheaded the development of Forcepoint's human-centric SASE. He also held the position of Senior Vice President for Cloud and Data Security at Symantec. Earlier in his career, Nico held senior leadership roles at Verisign, Apple, and NeXT Software. He holds more than 30 patents. Nico received a master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from France's SUPAERO.
