He is the legal representative for the Mitigating Unauthorized Scraping Alliance (MUSA) and is an attorney in the Technology and Innovation Group at the law firm Venable LLP. His law practice focuses on helping technology companies navigate the changing privacy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity regulatory landscape. David has also worked as in-house legal counsel at Yahoo, Instacart, and Verizon Media—on cybersecurity, governance, ad tech, search, AI, and international compliance matters.
