Nan Huo serves as VP of Engineering for GitHub Advanced Security Products. She has over 20 years of experience driving technology strategies, building and scaling SaaS solutions, and developing and growing global engineering teams. Prior to joining GitHub, Nan was Head of the Software Composition Analysis (SCA) product portfolio and Vulnerability Database at Veracode, where she oversaw technology strategy, end-to-end engineering, machine learning, M&A, and integrations. Previously, Nan was the Vice President of Engineering at Akoya LLC, a fast-growing fintech company born out of a Fidelity spinoff. where she led the development and growth of a secure data access network, with new product launches, patents, and industry recognition. Nan has worked at both startups and enterprise companies, including IBM, where she led software engineering, DevOps, and partner management.
