Marc Elias is a Security Researcher on the Symantec Threat Hunter team. He is currently focused on tracking sophisticated malicious actors including nation-states and ransomware groups. As part of his responsibilities, he discovers and documents novel attacks and actor TTPs (tools, techniques, and procedures) and alerts organizations to active breaches. He is an active participant in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions and is keen on keeping up with the latest trends in the cybersecurity space.
