Lauryn Williams is Director for Strategy in the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD), where she drives White House efforts to bolster space system cybersecurity, as well as international cyber policy issues. Lauryn joined ONCD from the Department of Defense, where she served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy and led DoD efforts to better leverage commercial space capabilities and space industry outreach, as well as development of norms of responsible behavior in space. Before DoD, she served in the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Lauryn received her bachelors degree from Stanford University and Masters degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University.
