Chris Hicks is the co-lead of the AI for Cyber Defence (AICD) research centre at the Alan Turing Institute which aims to solve computer security and privacy problems using autonomous decision making. With an emphasis on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), our centre is focused on building autonomous cyber agents (AKA CAGE fighting) for security and privacy research. Long-term, Chris' ambition is to transform the science and practice of computer security through applied and fundamental advances in machine learning.
