Andrew Elliot is a Senior Information Security Engineer with Neustar and is part of Neustar's front line of defense combatting the most complex and dangerous DDoS attacks in the world today. He is a gifted engineer with a degree in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, is a Red Hat Certified System Administrator, and placed 1st as a member of the Millersville Cyber Defense team in the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Regional Competition.
