Mr. Baird is a civil engineer that has focused on performing water resources studies. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently in a technical marketing role as a Solution Engineer with Esri, and focuses on helping Department of Defense customers understand, implement and utilize Esri's suite of products.
