Issy Hall is a cyber policy expert with a track record working for the UK Government and, previously, the New Zealand Government. Dr Chris Hicks is a principal research scientist and theme lead in AI for cyber security at the Alan Turing Institute. Chris’ research falls at the intersection of AI and computer security with a focus on secure agent-based methods for systems security. Chris’ work has been presented at top international venues including NeurIPS, BlackHat USA, AsiaCCS, EuroS&P and TMLR, and they lead a team of researchers aiming to improve critical infrastructure security in the context of emerging AI risks and capabilities.

David Rogers is the Founder of Copper Horse Ltd, a company providing mobile, IoT and connected car security expertise. The company is currently working on developing and securing AI models, security for the Internet of Things, mobile networks and for future connected, autonomous vehicles.

David was Chairman of the Fraud and Security Group at the GSMA from 2019-2025 and prior to that chaired its Device Security Group from 2013-2019.
