With an academic foundation in the understanding and optimization of encrypted network traffic, Dr. Ran Dubin is a leading expert in the field of network communication and cyber threat detection with a specialization in the application of deep learning algorithms to behavioral attack and fraud detection problems. Having published in over 15 leading journals including IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, Ran has spoken at dozens of international conferences and was privileged to be assigned to consult as an expert in internet network class claims issues for the Israeli District Courts. For the past ten years, Ran has been developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and deep learning solutions for various industrial applications including: network intelligence, advertising fraud detection, malware classification, and User and Entity Behavioral Analytics (UEBA). Ran holds BSc, MSc, and Ph.D. all from the Department of Communication System Engineering (CSE) from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
