Keita Nomura (a.k.a. Nomuken) is a graduate student at Tokyo Denki University and staff/question author/network administrator of SECCON which is the largest security contest in Japan. He worked at Cyber Defense Insititute, Inc. as Engineer. In his free time, He often plays CTF and develops web service. He loves Japanese animation, "Is the order a rabbit?" and Hatsune Miku.
