He has done extensive research on dynamic program analysis and has published several vulnerabilities and papers in cybersecurity. He is the founder of OWASP PHP Security Project, OWASP RBAC Project and OWASP WebGoatPHP Project. He is also an active contributor to many other open source communities and projects. Abbas is also the founder of ZDResearch, an advanced vulnerability analysis and training cybersecurity firm located in Virginia.
