Mehmet Kutlay KOCER was graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology B.S. Computer Engineering in 2016. His Senior Design Project was "SIP DDoS Attacks Detection and Prevention" with cooperation of TOBB University and NETAS. Currently he is working as a Penetration Tester in Barikat Internet Security for 2 years. He played a major role in conducting Barikat SOC in 2016.
