Tomasz Jakubowski is a certified security practitioner with over 15 years' experience. He is currently managing a newly created GlaxoSmithKline's SOC in Singapore looking after AsiaPac. Tomasz joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2005 and since then worked in a number of European and international roles focusing on improving how GSK manages it's IT infrastructure and information security. He was responsible for creating and setting strategy for advanced threat defense to make sure that GSK is ready to respond to today's and future threats. Tomasz is a CISSP, CISM, ITIL and TOGAF certified. He enjoyed being a university teacher, teaching Information Security for 5 years. He created and led for 3 years Poznań Information Security Forum with over 100 members. As a hobby he takes an active role in developing an open-source project called Zenected.
