Russell has worked as a recruitment consultant for 19 years, the last nine of these living and recruiting security staff in Singapore and Hong Kong. As well as executing specific recruitment mandates and sourcing qualified candidates, Russell can provide salary and compensation guidance, expected time to fill open headcounts and measures necessary to attract security staff with various skill sets. Working closely with Russell at Barclay Simpson is a dedicated security recruitment team of eight consultants sourcing and placing security professionals from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, New York and Dubai.
